The house, which is approved by the Irish Tourist Board, has three guest bedrooms (one double plus single en suite; one twin en suite; and one double with private bathroom). |

There is a large sitting room with television exclusively for the use of guests. Tea and coffee making facilities are available in the sittingroom and the bedrooms. |

Should you wish to loiter in the large landscaped gardens overlooking the River Slaney, you are more than welcome to do so.
